CIP Magazine Subscription Certificates Custom Promotional Campaign Agreement
Quickbooks (from Intuit Software)

Intuit contacted us to run a combined online and offline software sales promotion. If a customer purchased the new version of Quickbooks (retail price in excess of $150) then the customer could choose a full year subscription from a list of 12 hand-picked titles. Instead of generating gift certificates, we created a private label redemption web site where qualified purchasers could select the magazine and fill out their request by postal mail, fax, email and by phone.

The way in which this offer was distributed was different than Old Navy. Here, if the purchaser upgraded online to the new software, they received a link instantly to the redemption web site. Purchasers who opted to buy offline were given the link in their Quickbook CD. This was an easy program to implement because everything was done in real time. We also generated invoices periodically throughout the promotion which summarized each title and the quantity of redemptions fulfilled during that period.
